Core HR Consulting Director

$180,000 – 220,000 (base salary)

I am working with a Leading Oracle Partner which is expanding their HCM team, and looking for a Director of Core HR to join the team.

About the Role:

This position as Core HR Consulting Director requires a seasoned professional who has led more than 5 end-to-end implementations of Core HR.

You will oversee client projects, lead diverse teams, and manage program execution while cultivating lasting relationships that contribute to further opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) implementations, ensuring the seamless integration of cloud-based solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.
• Guide teams in delivering client projects across various core areas
• Drive planning, scoping, and delivery of engagements, using expert project management skills to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client executives by demonstrating professionalism, credibility, and deep expertise in the field.
• Contribute thought leadership to the industry through public speaking engagements, workshops, or publications.
• Balance multiple projects of varying complexities, timelines, and client demands.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training on both project management and technical expertise.
• Hold a relevant academic background or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
