Core HR & Compensation Principal Consultant (Oracle HCM)

$140,000 – $160,000 (base salary) | Remote (USA & Canada), travel required!

Global Oracle Partner is looking to hire an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Compensation Consultant.

This is a full-time opportunity with a Leading Oracle SI, that requires US or Canadian citizenship or a valid work visa.

Job responsibilities:

  • Act as SME and trusted advisor, for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Compensation implementations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Advise clients on best practices for modern business processes, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor, to help drive business transformation.
  • Lead workshops to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and suggest customized solutions.
  • Understand and facilitate integrations between Oracle HCM modules and other Oracle applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Be available to travel, as necessary.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Consulting
  • Experienced on end-to-end implementations of Core HR & Compensation Oracle Cloud
  • Certification in Core HR or Compensation preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver full lifecycle implementations, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • US or Canadian Citizenship or valid working visa
