Anaplan Associate – Corporate Finance / End-User Environment
Base Salary Starting: $130,000 + Bonus
Location: New York, NY (Mon–Thurs Onsite, Fridays WFH)
A global financial advisory organization with a major presence in New York is seeking a technical Anaplan Associate to join their expanding internal planning & analytics team. This opportunity sits within a high-caliber group of former top-tier consultants and model builders, offering exceptional mentorship, exposure, and long-term career progression.
This role is ideal for strong Anaplan model builders who want to deepen their technical expertise while gaining broader program ownership, cross-functional visibility, and experience across multiple enterprise systems.
Role Overview
You will join a rapidly growing internal Anaplan function within a major corporate setting. The team is known for its technical excellence, strategic thinking, and collaborative culture. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, contributing to both hands-on model building and end-to-end solution enhancement.
You will also gain exposure to complementary technologies (e.g., Workday, enterprise data systems) and take on elements of product/program management typical of a large corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain high-quality Anaplan models.
- Support financial planning and operational planning processes across the business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Participate in model design, architecture improvements, and data integrations.
- Contribute to process optimization and governance within a maturing Anaplan ecosystem.
- Work in a highly collaborative team with senior experts in EPM and consulting.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong technical Anaplan model building experience (ideally Level 2/Model Builder certified or equivalent).
- Based in New York and open to a Mon–Thurs onsite schedule.
- Experience in FP&A, EPM consulting, or Anaplan implementation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving corporate environment with high standards and strong mentorship.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a high-performing team.
