Director – Oracle SCM (Procurement)

I’m working with a Leading Global Oracle SI to hire an Oracle SCM Director with a strong background in Procurement solutions to join this dynamic team. This is a senior leadership position for a proven consultant who can drive large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations, lead cross-functional teams, and shape digital strategies for enterprise clients.
About the Role
As a Director within the Digital Consulting practice, you’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on leader, guiding clients through complex SCM transformation programs. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders to design and deliver Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions that align with strategic business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
Beyond project delivery, you’ll also play a key role in business development, thought leadership, and practice growth—helping to expand the firm’s presence across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with a primary focus on Procurement modules
- Collaborate with senior client executives to define strategy, roadmap, and architecture for large transformation programs
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring engagements meet scope, budget, and quality objectives
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, providing mentorship, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, client presentations, and relationship management
- Act as a thought leader by sharing insights through speaking engagements, publications, or industry events
- Foster long-term client partnerships that lead to continued collaboration and additional opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on enterprise-scale implementations
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement modules
- Proven track record in project estimation, planning, and delivery management
- Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives
- Experience working across industries such as Healthcare, or Energy/Utilities
- Recognized for thought leadership (e.g., speaking engagements, whitepapers, or industry recognition)
- Ability to manage multiple programs of varying size and complexity
- Commitment to mentoring and developing consulting teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for client engagements
