About Us

I am working with a leading Oracle Systems Integrator who is looking for an OCI Pre-Sales Consultant with hands-on experience to support their growing pipeline of Cloud projects.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in engaging prospective clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and designing compelling OCI-based solutions. Working alongside sales, architecture, and delivery teams, you’ll bridge the gap between complex cloud technologies and practical business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and position OCI solutions effectively.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Design high-level solution architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, aligned to industry and compliance standards.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with tailored OCI input.
  • Translate client business challenges into viable OCI solutions and proposals.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud developments, certifications, and competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with delivery and architecture teams to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.

Job qualifications

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role focused on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Or, a strong desire to move from Implementation / Delivery in to Pre-Sales
  • Strong understanding of OCI architecture, networking, compute, storage, and security.
  • Ability to build high-level solution designs and cost models using Oracle’s tools and pricing structures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting sales cycles, from initial discovery to contract closure.
  • OCI certifications (e.g., OCI Architect Associate/Professional) are a strong plus.
